The
COR
| The COR is a pierced ball, commonly conformed by 3 resistant and flexible rubber rings, firmly joined one to each other. |
In DOONEE the COR varies in size and weight according to the category of the players. |
| The lighter CORS normally weight between one and two pounds. Heavier are between three and six pounds. |
The
CORS for
training A) can still be lighter or heavier. B) can still be smaller or bigger. |

A. The COR - in LIGHT VERSION: This version is only made by 3 resistant and flexible rubber rings, firmly joined together in its 6 intersection points. Each ring must be made of rubber hose, with a usual diameter between 1/2 and 1 inch. If you want to play or train with a lighter ball, always use this A form instead of B form.
B. The COR - in HEAVY VERSION: In addition to the 3 (three) rings of the light version, this COR has a heavy sphere in its center. This sphere shows 6 radii: 2 polar radii and 4 equatorial radii. These radii must be strongly joined to the 3 rings in their 6 intersection points (see the graph). This central sphere is hollow and must be equipped with a "screw top" in order to regulate the weight of the COR.
C. IMPORTANT NOTE: The COR must be always flexible. This flexibility of the COR is posible because of the use of friendly plastic or rubber hoses. These hoses might be filled up with "diverse color materials" in order to add weight and beauty to the COR, never affecting its flexibility. In the making of the heavy COR, choosing smooth materials is a fundamental part.
